I just remembered my old radio. It made amazing sweeping noises and buzzs, specially on the short and long waves. Now it’s old and dirty, and so noisier. So I’ve started recording it’s ever changing drones.

New noisy machines

I’ve been building some new small synths for my coming live acts at In-Sonora 2010.

Thanks to Nicolas Collins, I’ve rediscovered the pleasures of dirty soldering electronics, and messing with his designs on the prototype board I’ve get two strange machines, perfect for live improvisation.
Drones, blips and beeps, and some magic flashlight waving.
